Answer phone greeting.

Answer phone greeting.

I have my answer msg/greeting " you have reached ######. I am not available to take your call, please leave a msg and I will return your call"..Short and sweet. But, when someone calls me a old greeting comes on that is not approiate. If I go to settings and check on the greeting it is saying the same as the above msg... Only when someone call does it revert to the old message.

I have tried to re-record but that has not worked...Help.

I think the only wat to get that resolved is to have someone reset it on the back end. You'll have to give them a call.
