Adv. Call Forwarding: Calls go right to voicemail

I'm having trouble with Advance Call Forwarding. When I have my landline and my cell ring, then calls to my landline go right to voicemail without ringing.

Try disconnecting your cell phone and then reconnect it.....ensure the rings to VM is set to 4 or higher.  Test again.  If this does not fix the issue, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 to begin the troubleshooting process ith Comcast.

Thanks for the response.  I did call Comcast and they did a "refresh" of my system.  When I asked what that involved, they said they simply changed the number of rings to 6.  Everything works well now.
