Added Second Line — 1st Line gone from Online Mgmt

Added Second Line — 1st Line gone from Online Mgmt

Just added a second line to an existing Comcast home TV, Internet & Voice installation. The second line was ported from AT&T.

 

Now only the new second line is visible (and manageable) from both the Digital Voice Center (http://digitalvoice.comcast.net) and Xfinity Connect (http://sz0040.ev.mail.comcast.net). The first line has disappeared.

 

Both lines are otherwise working.

Sorry, nothing has changed.

 

Both the Digital Voice Center and Xfinity Connect show just a single phone number and associated calls/voicemails (for the new second line number ported from AT&T).

 

The original first line has disappeared from all of the online management tools.
