Accessing https://vm.connect.comcast.net/ show that I don't have Xfinity voice services when I do

I need to access my voice mail on the web using the Voice tab but when I do I see this.

 

I should be seeing my voice mails right? Please help, Thanks!

The pic does not show for other users to see ( known issue with the forums at this time ).

 

Yes, you should if your account was setup correctly...  Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about your issue of not seering your Voicemails online.  It could be a simple mistake on the rate codes for your account.  Post Back if you were successful with the CSR.
