Access second line on Xfinity Connect

Access second line on Xfinity Connect

How do I set preferences for a second line? It does not appear when I log in.  If I need a separate user ID and password (as suggested in some posts), how do I get them?

Thanks for the reply, geek46.

I already have the maximum seven users.  How do I get access to the preference settings for my second voice line?  Do I associate it with one of my six secondary accounts?  If so, how do I do that?

I'm not showing that you have a second line on your account. Are you talking about a second account maybe?

Hi Zach; thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, we do have two voice lines.  Primary ends with 490, secondary (which is the former Verizon that is asssociated with our Xfinity account) ends with 590.

That's very strange. Your account shows the number ending in 490 but has no record of the other number.

Well, trust me, we are using that number and you should be able to find it as it is the number associated with our account (for the past 20 years that we have had Comcast at our home).
