The answering portion of our Comcast phone has never worked.  It always tells the caller that it's full when there are no messages on it.  Also:  It has never played the message which we have put on it, it only plays the generic message - saying that our message machine is full.  We've called your company many times for help with this problem. They think they've corrected and it and it works for one call and then it's back to the same old problem.  A technician came out and told us to turn the power off to the modem for a few minutes then plug it back in and go through the steps for the voice mail message.  We did this no less than five times and it still didn't work.  We are at our witts end and are ready to just get rid of the whole mess, after paying for 5 months of no voice mail, and no remedy in sight. 

Can you help us or do we need to get rid of our Comcast land line?
