I'm new to Comcast, my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX

When I dial*99, it says "the mailbox that your trying to reach is not in service"

 

can an someone help me with this please?

 

It can take from 24 to 72 hours after initial setup for all services to work.

If still not working, call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about this issue.
