4 weeks, ticket open, and VM still won't pick up on 2nd line...

This is getting ridiculous. I have to forward my 2nd line to another number because the voicemail won't work.  The line rings 10 times and then disconnects.

 

I opened a ticket on it about 3 weeks ago - still NOTHING!

I've had an open ticket since Oct 1 because we can't get caller ID to show up on our TVs. Three techs have been out - numerous phone calls and still nothing. If I hear it has to go to "Tier 2" one more time I will scream! It's very frustrating to be a Comcast customer and try to get something fixed. Goodl luck to you!

Still no reply from Comcast -- so I cannot say I am impressed AT ALL with the level of service I am receiving...Smiley Sad
