2 phone issues

1 - I do not want call waiting and have tried and tried to have it disabled.   Have seen lots of posts from others who share this feeling. PLEASE take it off.  If my line is "busy", I want the caller to get the usual busy signal.  I don't want annoying cheeps on my end.  And I want them to know it's busy and to call back.

 

2 -  Some (not all) callers tell me they get the message "mailbox not in service.  Goodbye".   I got that on one of my cell phones.  The other went right through.  In neither case was   I on my land line.

 

At this moment I await a call from your "technical" dept, referred by   a rep.  Case <Edited for violating forum guidelines: "Personal Information"> .
