The new interface for the home security is not user friendly. The screen that moniters security camera times out after 10 minutes. We are just about ready to cancel the home security service. I was told b y the chat assistant that there is nothing that can be done. I am now paying for a service that is worse when we orginally began Home Security.

Yeah, I miss not being able to view all my cameras at the same time as a screensaver too. You can set the background to display the camera feed though, you just have to scroll left or right to switch cameras - its only one at a time, but it doesn't time out.
