Alarm went off at 5:10 am, waited for a call from monitoring center, never got one, had to call 911 myself. Tech came out, talked to tech support who told him just what I said happened, and told him "someone dropped the ball by not calling". So I'm thinking till he came, how long has my service not been working. I've had it for 3 years and thank goodness never had to count on it for help. A lot of good it would have done since the people at their 1 monitoing center in the US were sleeping!
