Xfinity home web access is sporadic

Xfinity home web access is sporadic

Sometimes the login goes fine and shows the xhome page, sometimes it just shows the 3 dots flashing forever.  Attempts to login again seem to work eventually.  

 

Camera disconnects after 30 seconds or so, even though I was still monitoring it.  Camera access seems slow, even though I have a 150 meg download.  Buffers for a long time.  

 

On one login, I was completely disconnected after less than a minute.

Hi pilottech - 

 

We've been trying to reproduce this issue using Safari, but are not seeing the same results you are experiencing.  When looking at your account, we also see some successful camera viewing activity recently using Safari - a 3 minute video session.  Could you try using Chrome & let us know if you still see the same issues?  We'd like to try and rule out a browser issue.

I don't see much difference between Safari, Chrome or FireFox browsers.  Performance has been better over the past few days, perhaps due to the new version of the home.xfinity.com pages.  If the issues occur again, I'll post new comments.
