Xfinity Home

Xfinity home is pure garbage. Constant connectivity issues. Everytime I want to check my cameras there seems to be a connectivity issue. Worse part is you cannot reset the control panel remotely, have to do it at the house. I got the system so I could watch the house while I travel, check the first day and connection issues. Do I fly home and reset the panel...? Can't wait for my contract to expire, might even pay the early termination fee just to get rid of this system (wouldn't let me post with the real word I wanted to use instead of system). Trying to reach a support person is always a 1 hour phone ordeal. Same connection problem a few days later.  :-(  :-(   :-(

Horrible sold packages that xfinity won't honor better customer service what a lie

Yes, that is where I am logging in. Sometimes a little success when I click go to previous version tab. Tried again today, cannot connect just the three little dots cycling. Able to connect yesterday. VERY frustrating.
