WebPortal not showing a camera, mobile app does

I'm a little annoyed by the lack of monitoring of the monitoring equipment.  Last week the security system went down and I wasn't called.  Today I can't see one of the camera on the webportal.

 

What am I supposed to think of this service?  I don't trust it at all.
