TCA203 touchscreen volume issue

TCA203 touchscreen volume issue

Recently my touchscreen chime sould becomes too low to hear. All volume settings are at max. By chance I saw a "media volume" when I play with the volume button, which is set to min. So I fixed the issue by setting the "media volume" to max.

My question is what is media volume exactly and how to manage it properly?

I don't think the problem is solved. I can't any Media Max option and I've followed the instructions shown in the user manual referenced the the alleged solution and nothing has changed.
