Subcriber portal for home security

I still cannot log in to the subscriber portal for home security. My login is NOT the same that I login to access my account for email, bill, ect... I really hate to contact support because the last time I had email issues, they screwed it up so bad and I could not get anyone to understand my problem.I was without email for over a week until my husband got a supervisor involved.  Is there somewhere I can go to change the login or somewhere I can find it without having to call support?

I have the same issue as comcast home security tech people are idiots..Cannot access home security with my android phone ...nobody has a clue how to resolve....very frustrated with comcast!!!Athur/jerry

It is very frustrating and I think I may just call a tech out and maybe he can reset everything. I just refuse to call tech support  after the last fiasco I had with them. But glad to know I'm not the only one with this issue. I can't access from my home or iphone
