Remote Camera

I've had remote connectivity issues with the Xfinity Home app for one week.  I'm being told by Tech Service there is an system wide issue and they are working on it.  Anyone else having this issue?  I've seen nothing on the internet and have not received any proactive communication from Xfinity or Comcast.  I'm told there working on it.  Seems like a long time to fix this problem.  Any Comments?

My apologies with the application issue, are you having issues with arming and disarming the system or is it with the cameras?

Camera issues here as well. very frustrating. From my Comcast web portal I get "The system is unable to establish camera connections....." iPhone and iPad just spinning with "Connecting to camera". Seriously considering ADT or installing my own system. For what Comcast charges there shouldn't be this many problems. A Ward

No issues with arming system or controlling the thermostat. I just have no access to view the cameras.

Yes exactly the same issue. Very frustrating!!
