Problems connecting to my Xfinity Home

I am having problems connecting to my Security system from my laptop or my phone. Camera does not connect, I get a message that says, my Panel has lost its network connection but I use it directly when I am at home.

 

Should I schedule a technician to come and check it out.

Hi gfaustino - 

 

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused.  We have experienced an issue that has been causing errors on the Xfinity Home Mobile App and Subscriber Portal.  We’ve been able to restore service. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me, but we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.
