I'm hoping you guys at comcast would keep the old Subscriber Portal. I think it's much better than the new one.

 I agree! My husband and I HATE the new interface. 90% of the time I prefer to READ the articles, not watch them--no longer an option.

I completely agree!  The old interface allows you to see who disarmed the alarm, the new one doesn't.

Thanks you for reaching out.  We appreciate the feedback on the new version of the Subscriber Portal.  We are currently looking to add more detail to the Activity feed to show who the system was Armed/Disarmed by.
