Hi, I have had xfinity home for a while now (5 months?) and from time to time I try looking up how to add a new sensor or tweak something and I see in the help docs to go to xfinity.com/xhportal. This has never worked for me, from day one I get the "Please go back to the page you came from and try again. Error reference: PXE98EGP". I understand this has recently been fixed for others but i still see it. Any thoughts? I am able to login via www.comcast.net and view my camera and basic settings so it hasn't been a huge concern. I now notice on my dashboard it talks of being able to set a rule to record when an alarm is triggered but in the rules ui i can't see where this can be done. Am i to assume that if i ever get xhportal working I will be able to create this rule?

I apologize for the frustration that the recent issue with the Xfinity Home Mobile App & Subscriber Portal has caused. We’ve been able to restore service. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.
As for the Page Error you are receiving, can you please try this link: home.xfinity.com to access the Subscriber Portal?
No luck. www.home.xfinity.com doesn't resolve. home.xfinity.com does but after logging in that just takes me to the sales page for xfinity home.
I am getting the same error message. I bought a couple of extra cameras to install but I can't since I can't access the webpage that Xfinity is telling me I need to go to to install them.
Thanks, that url does work. After I log in i see my camera. The page suggests some popular automation rules (like auto record the camera during an active alarm). When i click automation --> create rule i am given the options of security system, doors, motion sensors, touchscreen. None of these seems to let me add a rule to have the camera record?

It says i need to go to xfinity.com/xhportal which brings me back to the original issue of this post. Is there a way to add the advertised rules for my account's version of xfinity home?
I apologize our help docs are outdated and refer to the old website.
On the current version of the site, when you try to create a rule, you should see all your devices, and be able to select cameras, like the image below. Are you not able to see your cameras?
Thanks for your response. I just checked your account entitlements. It looks like the package you currently have is "Secure 300". Secure 300 only allows you to view live video on your cameras -- it does not allow you to take photos or videos, or set up automation rules.
In order to have your cameras take photos, record video or be included in rule creation, you will have to upgrade to the Enhanced Video package. Please call 1800-Comcast to upgrade to this package.
Ok, thanks. Just a suggestion that the help docs or the portal should be updated with a note that to use the suggested camera rules you have to have the enhanced package. Would clear up some confusion.
