Has Comcast lost control of their network and is all customer data now at risk?

www.xfinity.com/xhportal website is not working still (after 3 days).  

 

If I try go login to the web portal with correct username and password I usually see the following message:

  

Warning: Page has Expired

Please go back to the page you came from and try again.

Error reference: PXE98EGP

 

What assurance can comcast provide that my personal private data has not been compromised as part of this website problem?

 

The xfinity web portal is still not working after more than three days.  This is not a problem on my end.  The router is working fine and so is the touch screen.  All devices are working and the network strength is excellent.  No one at comcast has been able to help for three days.  

 

Please advise.
