I am able to look at my voicemail on the Internet, but I don't know how to access it on the telephone.  I press *99 and then it asks for my passcode.  I'm not aware of ever having had a passcode for voicemail.  I tried my XFINITY password, but that doesn't work.  Needless to say I don't know what my PIN is, either.

See the first link for requesting a PIN, the second link for changing your VM passcode and the third for setting up your VM from the phone:

1.  https://www.xfinity.com/support/phone/resend-your-security-pin-via-my-account/

2.  https://www.xfinity.com/support/phone/change-voicemail-password/
