The TEXT "feature" seems to be much better than the previous. I use TEXT from PC a good bit because of speech issues and the audio alert seems to work much better and certainly more reliably. TEXT from PC is why I initially contracted for VOICE.
TEXT from my PC seems to very frequently transmit messages multiple times sometimes I'm told for hours. I've had several that have been 4 - 5 times. They've not been sent the multiple times from the PC for sure.
My interest is only to see if "others" have experienced the same issues before actually contacting support attempting a conversation. A conversation with Comcast seems sometimes to end up with more issues than a resolution to the original issue.
