Has anyone encountered this problem? Just had Comcast install the Triple Play pack and my voice service isn't fully functional. Phone receives calls OK, but I can't make any calls out -- only get a dial tone after I dial the number. Spent ONE hour with a Comcast chat rep who had me go through a series of various steps to no avail. Anyone else have this same problem?
If you just had it installed an it isn't working properly you'll need to contact Comcast support to get it fixed. The first rep you talk to will have no idea how to fix your problem and should escallate the problem to the proper folks. If you get no joy that way, you can drop a note to Comcast corporate customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
