Blocked senders there is a problem saving

Can not edit Blocked senders under Voice/Settings/Call Blocking

 

My 25 numbers is full and I'm trying to delete some but I get a message after saving.

 

"there is a problem saving"

 

 

Reset router nothing seems to fix

This is usually a temporary internal issue.... try again a little bit later to see if you have the same issue.  If yes, please post back and I can escalate your issue.

Comcast left a voice mail and sent an email that said  ( no help at all )

 

Here's How to Use Anonymous Call Rejection From Your Home Phone

To Activate Anonymous Call Rejection
  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Press *77 and listen for a confirmation tone that the feature has been activated.

To Deactivate Anonymous Call Rejection

Do you have a best way or best number to contact you at? Our support team called the phone number listed on your account but wasn't able to get in contact with you.
