Depends on your operating system, but for Windows, you can right-click on an empty space on your desktop (where you want the icon to be located) and choose New --> Shortcut.
For location, type http://home.xfinity.com. Hit Next and type a name, such as XFINITYHome. Click Next/Finish and you should have a new icon that will open the portal.

Hello benoj, there is no icon for XFINITY as it's a website you would need to browse. You would need to create an icon on your desktop to point to our website my.xfinity.com. Depending on your operating system (Windows or Mac).
