won't let me delete emails - can't receive emails

I'm having all the same issues as all of these previous posts. My email has locked up as last evening and I'm not able to receive emails. I get the same error message regarding 'possibly your mailbox is nearly full. I'm only using 23% of the 10GB. Can't delete or move any emails. I can, however, send an email but no copy is saved. I tried using the Xfinity connect app and it doesn't allow any deleting either. How is it that this problem has been going on for 7 months and still not resolved. Please help. Also, what is really strange, is that our other email accounts on Xfinity are working just fine. Why is it just mine???
