where's my email before Sep 1???

All my email in inbox is missing before Sep 1.  What happened?

I have checked email deletion schedule setting and it was reset from Never to 30 days on my inbox.  I have always had it set to never.  I need my emails back!

You can TRY calling 1-800 Comcast and see if they can recover any of them.  I also suggest that yiu create a separate Fooder, and move email you want to save to THAT Folder.   When yiu create it, make sure that yiu place it BELOW all of TGE Comcast Folders...Otherwise the Folder will be subject to the same deletion schedule.




Set up an email account with Gmail or Thunderbird.  In its settings, see it to 'Leave a copy of all email on the server'.  Just me, but I would not keep email I want on the  webmail server. ( Xfinity Connect)


If yiu never changed your Email Deletiin Schedule settings, I would also recommend changing your password.
