where do my emails keep going? I open them and sometimes befor I close them they dissapear!

where do my emails keep going? I open them and sometimes befor I close them they dissapear!

Why do my emails keep disappearing. Sometimes even before closing them, they disappear.

Do you have the account enabled on another device that might be downloading them and then deleting them from the server?

This happens if you are using AquaMail's Smart Folder.  Switch to the Inbox account and your problem will go away.  AquaMail is an excellent email app for Android devices.

I have another device using same email but nothing has changed since this started happening

Hi plant2, I'd be happy to help with the email issue. Can you tell me if you are using XFINITY website or XFINITY Connect app to check your email? And which one of those is having an issue?
