Are you clicking on the Email icon on the left side of the Comcast homepage after you sign in?
Which version of XfinitybConnect are you using?
Which version of XfinityConnect are you using?

To check: Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences in the Preview window. Now click on the General tab. A window opens showing which version you are using.


Which browser/ version are you using?
Have you cleared your browser cache?
Have you tried a different browser?
Have you tried the Email link on the very top of the homepage, or on the very bottom of the homepage?


You should also be able to get to email using the mobile version...a Type in m.comvast.net on the address bar, then click Enter.
