when I open the Xfinity Home page there are no icons for email, tv, home.

When I open the Xfinity Home page there is nothing across the top menu bar, no icons for email, tv, or home.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

Same problem. Used Chat, went through all the steps (clear cache, cookies, try another browser), still same problem. They said it was a server issue. Still stuck with the same problem a day later...

 

I have to go to xfinity forums to get the icons. (Meanwhile my wife's comupter gets the icons--so not really a server issue??)
