viewing new emails

viewing new emails

When I select view inbox I am seeing only very old emails not the new ones I should see. I have changed settings in View back and forth, but nothing changes/helps. If someone sends an email to me now I will not see it. Please help!!!

I'm assuming you have your Inbox message list set to sort incoming emails by date--------yes?  If so, look to the right of "Sorted by Date" for a small,  black arrowhead.  Click on that to reverse the date sequence  from ascending to descending.  It works like a toggle switch.  It looks like this-------------
