How do I block unwanted email from an individual's email address?

You can set up a filter to redirect or delete them before you see them.  If you are sill on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>Email Filters and follow the prompts.  If you are on the new format, from the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then on Settings>>>>>Filter Rules.
