How do I re-subscribe to an unsubscribed sender?

Can you clarify------do you mean someone who you had marked as Spam?  If so, it usually takes quite a few markings before the sender will get routed to the Spam folder.  So if you only did it once it shouldn't have any effect.  If the messages are being put in the Spam folder just start marking them as Not Spam.  It may take a while to "train" the filters.
