Did you check to see if they are being routed into the Spam folder?  If it's not that, try calling Comcast security and see if there is a block in place for that domain for some reason---------------

thanks for your replay.   email not going to spam.  haven't called that number.  have been in contact w/ someone at Comcast and are working on it.

just wanted to thank you again,   I have been in contact w/ somseone at security assurance and hopefully this will be resolved.

They have some of their IPs listed on the XBL, and also have an odd SPF record.  I'm going to reach out to their support/abuse addresses and see if they can address these issues.

thanks for your reply,  my sister did send me an email yesterday and it was not returned to her as far as I know, so think the person I spoke w/ in security assurance was able to contact the server provider in Oregon and we are on the mend!!!!
