unable to get email

unable to get email

I have been unable to get into my email for 2 days now - I have cleaned the cache and cookies, tried 2 different browsers, changed my password and still nothing.  My sent and trash folders are there but  nothing else.  Message at top of page said there is a error in the server  -  was told by one tech that the new format for emails is causing the problem.  Any ideas? When will this be fixed?

I'm sorry for any issue accessing your mail. I'm hoping the issue has cleared itself and you are able to access your mail?
