trouble with slowness and keeping connection with Comcast Website

When I log into Comcast, It takes a long time to make a connection. When, on the Site and trying to get my E-Mail, again it is very slow. While on either Site, I lose connection and have to start again. When I try to print something, again very slow. I have no problem with any other Website. I have checked my Compter and find no problems steming from my end. I have contacted Comcast at least 5 times. I have reset my Modem. I was told by Comcast that there some updates done to the Sites, including the E-Mail site, that were the start of my problems. There was a time after the updated I was unable to access my E-Mail which I can now do but it takes forever, Any help in solving this problem would be nice,

As a test, try using a different browser and see if anything changes.

Other than my Phone I have no other Browser. So its just this Comper and me. I have no problem with any other Website. They are quick and responsive.
