I am having trouble logging into my email. First it takes a long time to load the screen. Often I receive a an error message stating:
This site can’t be reached
xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net unexpectedly closed the connection.
This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I called Comcast and they said it was my server, but every other website works.
sactown2, Many of our customers are currently able to access Comcast email service. When you get a chance please check to see if you're still experiencing issues with your service. ComcastDanB
Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I am having the same problem and cannot access my email on my desktop, still getting the same error code. Do you have any suggestions?
Are you using an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, etc?
sactown2 -- Are you able to access it via our mobile App?
sactown2 -- Does this happen on all 3 of the user names linked to your account?

sactown2 -- I reviewed the support ticket created. Ticket says it was a backend program configuration error. This has now been configured properly. Can you test by seeing if you can sign in now?
