take filters out of e-mail

I am trying to take the filters out of my e-mail but each time I try to remove them it comes back unsuccessful. Does anyone know how to un-block e-mail comeing into your mail box?

This is a fairly common issue in the email.  It's not something you can fix yourself so I have escalated it to the forum administrator for further action.

Thank you. It's been months of trying to remove the filters without any luck on my part.
