suddenly not receiving my sisters email

suddenly not receiving my sisters email

Two days ago, when my sister emailed me from her Yahoo account, the email took 6 hours to arrive in my inbox, if it arrived at all. We tried several times that day sending each other test emails after turning off SPAM filters, etc, and she was receiving mine ok, but I am not receiving hers. I checked my spam before turning off the filter, and the emails werent there. I have a second account through Outlook that I really dont use, but her email comes through fine there.

Prior to this, we emailed daily with no problems, and neither of us had changed any settings. Any help is appreciated

You could call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account to see if there is any blocking going on with the sender----------------------------
