sticky notes

I have received an email with an attachment that contains sticky notes.  However, I am unable to access (see or read) the sticky notes.  I have launched the app for sticky notes, but that has not helped.  Is there a way that I can open the email message with Acrobat Reader?  I have been told that this is the way to be able to read the sticky notes.

Download the attachment to your local hard drive and use Acrobat Reader to open the attachment there to see if what you were told is true.
