I am expecting an email.  The sender insists that it was sent.  Is there a way for me to see if it is blocked as spam, and if so, to delete the sender from the spam list so that the email can be successfully delivered?

Re: spam

First, the sender needs to make sure they used the correct email address for you.  It could be a typo on their part.  If it's not, look in your Spam folder to see if it got snagged by the filters, it happens from time to time.  If it's not that, then call Comcast security and ask them if there is a blocking issue with that sender's email address or domain---------------------
