spam emails

When I mark an email as "spam", it goes to the spam folder, and I delete it. I have assumed that the URL is listed somehere as spam and any future emails are directed to the spam folder. Is this a correct assumption? Recently, I have been getting spam emails with very long and strange URLs. When I hover over the URL, I see a box saying to click to add to the contact list. I don't do that. However, I can't see the entire URL. In addition, after the first attempt to see it, the boc quickly closes. Does anyone have insights into this? Many thanks!

Re: spam emails

Spam is never ending, and far from simple to get rid of.  Yes keep marking them as spam, as it takes time to "train the filters".  You may find this interesting----------------
