What has happened     my email used to be so easy to access . Now i don't know how to gfinf it and can,t find my addresas book with all my contacts  go figure.

Your post is not clear, please provide answers to all questions.  First SMARTZONE has been gone for a couple if years.  The new email program from Comcast is called Xfinity Connect.

 

From the Comcast homepage, sign in with your Username and password.  Then, at the very top of the page, click on the word EMAIL to go to the XfinityConnect Inbox for your email.

 

 

 

If that dies NOT take you to your email, post back exactly what does happen.

Also include which browser/ version youbarevusing and if you have cleared your browser cache...do clear it.

 

When you get to the Inbix, click on the address book tab to open your address book.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
