I have not been able to successfully sign into my comcast email for 3 weeks. I had a technician come out, and he hadn't a clue. The phone representatives also are clueless. I can load the homepage but rarely does the envelope come up for me to click on to get into my email. I have also been stuck on TLS handshake... Very Frustrating
