Using the settings in Email (Comcast) on desktop (iMac Sierra 10.12.4).

I can receive email but cannot send or forward.  Port issue

What do you mean by "port issue"?  Are you using Mac Mail or the Comcast webmail UI and a browser?  Exactly what happens when you try to send?
