I have been trying for days to send a e-mail to Assurance wireless. I have sent other times to them but now it won't let me send the e-mail

WHY

Our logs show you sending the message as: "ourteam@assurancewireless".  This indicates you're leaving off the TLD for the domain, which is probably .com or .net.
