search in the new experience doesn't work

Help! I can't search my emails and I've tried everything and been escalated to the ivory tower at comcast that won't talk to us common folk and can't get my problem resolved. I know i'm not the only one. Has anyone had any success. I wish they would let me go back to the old system that worked!!

What happens when you try to do a search?  It seems to work OK for me.  How are you searching?

No matter how I search it will only go back 3 months. It used to be 6 before a representative tried to fix it.
