saving emais w/out cut/paste

saving emais w/out cut/paste

would like to be able to save all the content of an email and don't see any icons or anything else that would help me do that.

sorry for any misdirect based on "Select Location;" it seems that in order to submit a question or anything else that box needs to be filled in and none of the choices fit. maybe the 'it' people can address that issue and fix the problem.

Re: saving emais w/out cut/paste

You can create a folder in Xfinity Connect and save long term any emails you want to keep.

OR- You can set up a free email account with a third party email program and have all email forwarded to it.  Once it is in one of the free programs you  can then save the emails anywhere on your PC, on a thumb drive, or cd.

If you set up a free email account with Windows Live Mail, a Gmail, or Thunderbird, for example, you can choose to leave a copy on the Comcast server in tgecXC Inbox, ir gave it deleted from XC when forwarded to the new email program.
