I need to retrieve my old received emails from 2013, but can't figure out how to do that.  Can you help?  DP

I doubt you can get email that old, but you can try.

Open the Inbox and RIGHT CLICK on the Trash Folder.  Click on RECOVER DELETED MESSAGES.  A new window will open showing the most recent deleted emails.  Look for it there.  IF you find it, click on it to highlight it, then click on the small arrow on the top left of the window.  A new window will open, allowing you to move that email back to your Inbox.

 

NOTE:

If you want to keep any email long term, the best thing you can do is to create a Folder for saved email.

To do:

 to the Inbox, and at the top left, to the left of the word MAILBOXES, click on NEW FOLDER.  A window will open for you to create a Folder.  When creating the Folder, make sure that you place it BELOW all of the Comcast Folders!
